HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose tented or non-tented version and quantity from the drop down menu.
2. Please confirm the specific wording you wish to use on the sign when placing your order.
3. Once your verbiage is received we will send you a PDF proof to review and approve before we make the magic happen. One complimentary round of edits is included, additional edit requests are $15.00 per round, per file. If multiple versions of text are needed, upgrades may apply for additional formatting.
3. Place your John Hancock (signature) on the proof and submit the documents to us, then you'll receive a convo confirmation that your approval has been received...all systems are go!

***Please Note*** Shipping rates are determined based on the weight, dimension and destination of the package, so this listing reflects only an estimated rate, but final shipping costs will be calculated once the order is packaged. Within our shop, you will find invitation suites featuring our original watercolor artwork and hand painted detailing. Each invitation is INDIVIDUALLY hand painted... YES, you heard us right, every invitation has painted details that you can SEE and FEEL!
We are incredibly picky about paper, and not only need it to look good, but feel good. Thick 80-120lb stocks are layered together to create the quality you would expect.

ALL domestic shipping is free (standard speed via USPS).
International shipping is estimated based on location and package weight and dimensions. Any overages will be billed separately.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the proof creation, keep an eye out in your Etsy messages for correspondence.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the production of your order, plus shipping time.

All orders will be insured for the value of the contents of the package.
We do not require signatures for the delivery of the packages.
Shipping times will vary depending on the location.
We welcome international orders and have years of experience shipping to locations all around the globe.

S a m p l e s
Seeing is believing! Feel free to order a sample of any design you wish before you place an order. The sample suite will not be customized and will have a watermark over the design. Optional paper swatches will be included, if applicable. Should you decide to place an order, the cost of samples and shipping will be credited to your final balance.

H a n d P a i n t i n g
Each design is detailed BY HAND with a variety of paint mediums, and therefore slight variances may exist from piece to piece. We take great care to provide you with impeccable stationery, but cannot in any way guarantee the exact placement of hand painted details from card to card. We CAN promise they will each be beautiful and well done!

C o l o r M a t c h i n g
If color matching is important, we recommend ordering a sample before placing an order to ensure the colors seen on your screen match the real life color. Variances in color may occur depending on the device you use for viewing our online shop.

D i g i t a l F i l e s
Since Paintcrush Paper offers individually hand painted stationery items, we do not offer digital files at the current time and handle all production in our studio. Without our signature hand painted detailing, it just wouldn't be a Paintcrush Paper design!

We have curated a collection of some of our favorite designs and made them available to you in our Paintcrush Paper shop. The designs found on Paintcrush Paper are perfect just the way they are, so we do not offer further customization. Signage is a considered a specialty order item, and can be ordered in lower quantities than other stationery items in our shop. If there more than 15 signs needed, please inquire for a custom listing.

S p l i t O r d e r
Should you need two different versions of the same item, please place two different orders and we will credit you for the shipping of the second order.
